Refunds are processed only for eligible cancellations as per the terms outlined in the booking confirmation.
Refunds will be issued only to the original payment method used during booking.
Refunds are subject to deductions for cancellation charges, service fees, and applicable taxes.

Peak season bookings, festival dates, and long weekends may have stricter cancellation terms and may be non-refundable.
No refunds will be issued for:
Visa fees, insurance, or documentation charges
Government taxes, tolls, or entry fees paid in advance
Partially utilized services or early check-outs
Force majeure events (natural disasters, political unrest, etc.)
All eligible refunds will be processed within 7–15 working days from the date of approval.
Processing time may vary depending on the payment provider or banking institution.
Any changes to booking dates, destination, or package may incur charges.
